    This is delicious chili recipe, especially when you start playing around with the add-ins. I usually add the chocolate, fish sauce, and vinegar.

    This is a nice, basic chili, even though I used bottled chipotle chile powder rather than make my own from dried anchos. I also used ground dark turkey meat instead of bison. It was a little too spicy for the kids, even though I was cautious with the chipotle.
