    This is so easy and delicious. It smells amazing while cooking too. I find it takes a bit longer for the chicken to cook through than she says. She also has a note about preferring hot sauce to white sauce, but why not have both? I always do - I make the white sauce using her measurements and use a nice pre-made harissa. I serve over basmati rice, and reheat the leftover chicken with leftover rice like I'm making fried rice, so all of the rice gets coated with the sauce. If you plan ahead enough to marinate the chicken this is a fast weeknight dinner.
