Jim Lahey's no-knead bread from My Kitchen Year: 136 Recipes That Saved My Life (page 130) by Ruth Reichl

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

The instructions for this recipe are a bit loose and vague considering it’s bread —.and it’s lengthy process as homemade bread can be, but overall the bread tasted quite good. The crust was a bit tough but the bread itself is delicious.
