    Very tasty, fast recipe to throw together (if you have tomato sauce ready to go). Nice way to prepare chicken breasts so that they don't dry out. Reminiscent of chicken parmesan but lighter. Would definitely make again, husband liked it and ate all of his despite saying he wasn't "that hungry".
