    I marinated the chicken legs in the sauce for five hours and then proceeded to follow the cooking directions, adding the sauce marinade to the chicken before putting it in the oven. This is a mildly flavored dish that has a hint of Asian flavor. For the rice, I used leftover brown rice and added steamed snow peas. Served with steamed Bok Choy on the side. An easy and fairly quick weeknight meal, as promised in category note.
