    This was very good. Kenji described it as "very quick" but there's enough chopping and smashing of components that I'd say it's "normal stir-fry quick"! The goal was using up produce from the garden which included garlic, Thai chiles, bunches of Thai basil, and makrut lime leaves (well, from a pot outside, not really something we can plant here in MN!). My 8 small Thai chiles made it SPICY. Everyone enjoyed a lot.
