Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Simple and borderline bland soup though my husband liked it. Added more tamari and he added rice wine vinegar in place of the lime. I like lime so I stuck with the recipe. Did add mushrooms. Used Broccoli micro greens instead of mung bean sprouts. Used scallion instead of white onion.

    This was a hit with my kids, which was a little surprising since there's no actual noodles in this pho. I did use homemade chicken stock, which I think made it better as it's a fairly simple soup.
