    My kind of recipe. Nice subtle flavors and all casually and elegantly mingling. I think my husband found it a little simple. I wasn’t sure what to do with all the tomato juice that was released when cooking so I kept it with the tomatoes. Would add a little more basil and salt and pepper. Served with rotisserie chicken. Would definitely redo. Simple lovely and elegant.
