Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Used frozen pureed spinach and canned crushed tomatoes (but left out the tomato sauce) - both substitutions worked well. In my opinion it needs more spinach/tomato sauce for the amount of paneer, but that's easily adjustable, just throw in a little more of everything, the exact quantities don't matter that much. Oh, and i used the water from cooking the paneer in the step where you add the pureed spinach. It just made sense to use it with all the good stuff that came out of the paneer :)

    Subbed kale for spinach and homemade cashew cream for dairy. Delish!
