    One cup of soy sauce and 1 cup of gochgaru Makes no sense for 1 cup of dried radishes. I Made 1/4 of the marinade and the radishes were still absolutely swimming. I think there is a mistake and maybe the one cup is meant to be 1 package of dried radishes. The marinade is good though and tastes just like I was hoping so he is is right to suggest equal parts soy sauce and gochugaru!
