Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The recipe calls for 1L of bone broth but after putting in 500ml I decided that was already too much. It was still very watery at the end of the cooking time (even after letting it bubble away with the lid off). I ended up having to retrieve the meat out of its water bath which seemed to work. It tasted great but I wouldn't make this again.
