    Perfect! I have had to substitute two 5oz cans of clams and their juices for the fresh and liked the ease of this better. Besides the pasta water, I thickened with a bit of flour added to the wine so that the sauce would coat the pasta better. Add because I can't help myself, it was served with parmesan.
