    Allow 1 hour for marinating steak. Can substitute thyme for tarragon, and baby spinach for mixed baby greens.

    Very good, but I think I may still try out some other steak-salad recipes. Steak salad is one of my all-time favorite dishes. This was my first time making it for myself though. Up until now I had only ever had it in restaurants.
