Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Accompaniments: Curried eggplant rice (Baigan pulau); Crackling-crispy dal wafers (Paparh aur pappadam); Spicy okra with coconut (Masala bhindi sabji); Seasoned spinach with julienne potatoes (Aloo sak); Shredded cucumbers in smooth mint-flavored yogurt (Kheera raita) ; Apple salad (Seb kachamber)
Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.
