    These were very good ribs. Mine came in a pack of three racks, and I used the total amount of rub on them to good effect. I did put the liquid smoke on first, then the rub as it seemed a better order. Rub was on for about 2.5 hours before putting in the oven. Mine were a bit bigger than prescribed, and took about an hour more cook time (various temps for that last hour as I rotated other things through the oven. They came out great, though, put a little random sauce on them at the end for 5 mins at 500 as instructed. Recommend if you want oven-cooked ribs!

    The cooking instructions result in absolutely perfect ribs, tender and succulent with a good crust. Can be adapted with any dry rub or sauce, however follow the salt proportions directed here to achieve a more tender result. I had the rub on for 3 hours before cooking and was happy with the result.
