Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Lovely salad. Served with grilled chicken on top, but will also serve this as side dish with several mezzes.

    Very nice salad with a crunch from the pistachio nuts and sweetness from the dried apricots. Recipe says for 2 as a main course, but enough for 4 as part of several mezze dishes.
