    Have made this a few times -- comes together quite quickly and is delicious! feels a bit more nutritious than potato gnocchi but still decadent

    I had low expectations for this recipe after tasting the gnocchi on their own (kind of bland), but combined with the butter/sage/Parmesan cheese sauce this was delicious. I would make a few changes next time I make these: make the gnocchi half the size recommended in the recipe and maybe add more flour to the gnocchi dough. The main issue I had was that I was hesitant about adding too much flour and the resulting gnocchi were a bit too fragile and some of them fell apart in the boiling water.
