    Roasting time was just right for 2 20-oz rockfish. I probably didn't chop the garlic finely enough as the flavor didn't really permeate the fish, but it was good eaten together with the tomatoes and fish. Skipped the red pepper flakes in deference to my son. I would have liked more herbs on the tomatoes and sprinkled on the fish. Rockfish is fairly bland, but this was a good way to prepare it, as the fish was very moist. A generous sprinkling of flaky sea salt and extra squeeze of lemon boosted the flavor.
