Literally Stovetop pork chops from Cravings - Recipes for All the Food You Want to Eat (page 231) by Chrissy Teigen and Adeena Sussman

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I did not fry these on the stove but used the air fryer based on another review. They came out very well in the air fryer, and I would make them that way again. The flavor of the breading was good, loved the idea of using stuffing mix as breading! They were a bit salty for me but my husband thought they were perfect. A heads up that the recipe calls for brining for 2 hours.

We thought these were really good. I used the airfryer & they were juicy with a crispy coating. Be sure to shake the bag well (or pour it out into a bowl) spooning through to ensure you get the bigger bread bits + the finer stuff/seasoning at the bottom of the bag. Our box is 120 g (ie 4 oz) & she calls for "1/2 of a 6 oz package" so I'm happy she also gave a cup measurement just to be sure. And as always, I had way more seasoned flour on the plate than I was ever going to use...I should know better than to make the full amount. One debate...verging on too salty or just right? We ultimately agreed on just right. With more stuffing mix on hand, these will get made again for sure.

My pork chops were a little thicker and they started burning in the cast iron skillet before they reached a safe temperature. I finished them in the oven, but the chops started releasing their juices in the oven which made the breading a little soggy. This was my fault, not the recipe. The family still really enjoyed these. I'm not making these again until I get a proper hood over my range because my kitchen smells like fried pork chops hours after I cleaned it up.
