Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was fantastic! I had some kale to use up, so I skipped romaine and just made it out of kale. I also didn't roast the chickpeas because I don't care for them, so I just added regular chickpeas. Also skipped the vegan Parmesan topping - didn't have time to make it. I'm sure it adds to it, but we felt it was delicious without.

    Underwhelming flavor, tried adding nutrtional yeast and was still blah. Added Parmesan cheese and that made it ok. Regular Caesar dressing is just better.
