    These make a nice presentation (and are easy to do). Filling is good but a little bland. Maybe add a hint of cayenne or coriander? I did squeeze a bit of lime juice on cooked pieces and that helped. Highly suggest using a 3" round cookie cutter to cut/reshape square wonton wrappers. They fit better in the muffin cups, look nicer, and you eliminate the sharp corner points that can dig into people's gums.
