  • Stuffed mushrooms with Parmesan and thyme

      I love the extra step of roasting the mushrooms themselves beforehand - it really puts them over the edge that way. As for the filling.. while delicious, too much thyme for me - I felt it overpowered the whole bite. Will either cut back or eliminate the thyme in future batches.

  • Stuffed jalapeños

      These are tasty. Perfect amount of cheesy filling and enough heat from the peppers themselves. I love texture that the crunchy topping provides.

  • Beef and bean taquitos with avocado sauce

      These were a bit laborious, but worth the effort. Very delicious - the whole group loved them. They fell apart a little bit while frying, but it didn't impact the final dish. I did not make the avocado sauce.

  • Roasted artichoke dip

      This is a great dip, but I prefer the classic spinach artichoke more. Love their use of frozen artichokes vs canned to avoid the 'tinny' flavor. Overall very well liked by the party guests.
