Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is the first recipe I've made from this book, and I'm disappointed. The balance of flavors feels off (including a complete lack of heat), and I haven't been able to fix it to my satisfaction. To top it off (ha), the baked tortilla strips didn't work for me; some are barely browned, most are burnt, and none are golden. 425 seems too high.
