Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    As potato-based sago is no longer available, this is actually a tapioca pudding with gelatine added. The coconut milk and limes provide an interesting flavor twist. But I think I'll stick to the standard texture without gelatine. However, this is a recipe worth trying even though it won't become a standard.
