    I've been wanting to try making these for quite a while, so decided they should be part of our Thanksgiving feast. They turned out awesome. Super flaky and delicious. Prep takes a while, but is really quite easy. The little bit of fleur de sel sprinkled on just before baking made them even that much more special. Delightful.
