    I love this. Simple, tasty, healthy and can even be tripled using a 5.3 L Dutch oven. The red wine gives it a little complexity. I don’t even use the saffron and it’s such a rich, flavorful dish. Looking forward to trying some of the other variations that are listed with this recipe, like the Moroccan one.
