Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Made with end of summer tomatoes (peeled/chopped) and sage as the herb, using only bone-in skin-on thighs. After cooking the chicken, I removed it and reduced sauce since those tomatoes were a lot waterier than canned would have been. A few minutes of boiling down and we ended up with a delicious meal.

Made with boneless, skinless thighs, this was a deeply flavorful winter meal. Added rinsed salted capers, would do so again
