    Needed some doctoring, but a good base for improvisation, especially since I had some rye berries kicking around that needed to be used. I liked that the salad includes both cooked and raw cabbage. Added flageolet beans and feta. Pretty sweet, but with some extra lemon and the feta, it worked out well. Celery and pecans would also be good here.
