Crostini with pickled radicchio and bresaola (Crostini con radicchio sottaceta e bresaola) from Italian Street Food: Recipes from Italy's Bars and Hidden Laneways (page 48) by Paola Bacchia

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

Can substitute dry white wine for Prosecco wine, and baguette bread for breadsticks.

I'm a big fan of bresaola so I'm always game to try a recipe that uses it. Pickled radicchio is a perfect foil for bresaola ... will repeat often.
