    We loved these crackers -delicious and nutritious. Perfect with anything but very much enjoyed with the kale cashew dip. Not sure why I waited so long to make home-made crackers. Next time I will roll them thinner and bake for a full 25 minutes for extra crispness. I found the dough came together very easily -I rolled it between parchment paper and wax paper on top, then slid it onto a baking sheet.
