Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Agree with mlbatt. Satisfying and lovely lighter egg dish. We (my husband and I) thought it was better than a quiche. The fresh dill was the predominant flavor. We like dill, so that worked for us.Was ready to cut and serve after 25 minutes in the oven. This would be a wonderful brunch entree. Worth repeating.

    A lovely light dish. Beautiful texture (although I misread the recipe and used 8 eggs instead of 6) and flavor (using dried herbs). Will make again and again - a great use for all that CSA zucchini!
