    This is a great cake! Super easy to put together and incredibly tasty. For the mint topping I bought two 100g mint chocolate bars, chopped them up roughly, and scattered the crumbles on the top of the cake. The cake layers, the marshmallow cream filling, and the chocolate ganache are all great - and the mint topping is the perfect accompaniment. Absolutely will make this again.
