    Timed this out for my level of skill, a six-hour project (much of it inactive (chilling, rising, baking); would fit well interleaved with another kitchen production. Baked, cooled buns can be frozen & reheated in 350F oven, so worth doing ahead for a brunch. Need to see pictures or a clearer explanation of how spirals are turned into final shape for baking.
