    A good marinade for chicken. I used the curry powder mix from 'Abraham Lincoln in the Kitchen' and the cat-mint I grow out the side yard. The marinated chicken breast chunks went on skewers with apple wedges and cooked outside on the grill. They were devoured for supper.
