Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I would definitely skip the stove top and go straight for the crock pot - otherwise these are amazing! So cozy

    Good beef stew with lots of vegetables, served over a potato pancake (placek). I added the flour at the end, but I should have added it to the onion mixture at the beginning.

    This was good. A nice basic goulash. There is a step missing in the recipe. It lists flour on the goulash part but doesn't tell you when to add it. My goulash was thick enough without it however so I skipped it.
