    This is a great easy dish to throw together when grilling. I cooked the zucchini alongside sausages, and it was cool enough to add to the tomatoes after a couple of minutes off the grill. The flavors are bright and fresh. If you are using a charcoal grill, start the tomatoes marinating when you first light the coals, and everything should time out just right.
