Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A fair bit of work to these, but wow! The Bloody Mary braise made the short ribs exceptionally tender and flavorful. The Horseradish Vodka Aioli with the Herb Salad was a lovely bright contrast to the richness of the meat, and the Egg Puff Potato Crisp thingies were pretty genius. Like thick, delicate Pringles! Only thing that didn't make sense was the ingredient list for the potato crisps included chicken stock, but the instructions never mentioned using it. It didn't make sense to me to have stock in there, so I left it out and they turned out just fine.
