      This was very good in looking at his ratios - I used nonfat greek / added celery / dijon mustard / green onion stalk / fresh dill / touch of red pepper - You can really add whatever your favorites are; nice not to use mayo.

      What an amazing Bacon/Egg/Cheese sandwich! Wow! The tomato jam really puts it over the top. It's absolutely delicious. Excellent!

      Seconding what bwhip said! I decreased the amount of bacon and cheese and increased the amount of tomato jam on the sandwiches. Very little was said at the dinner table as these were devoured, but there were many sighs and exclamations of delight.

      A fair bit of work to these, but wow! The Bloody Mary braise made the short ribs exceptionally tender and flavorful. The Horseradish Vodka Aioli with the Herb Salad was a lovely bright contrast to the richness of the meat, and the Egg Puff Potato Crisp thingies were pretty genius. Like thick, delicate Pringles! Only thing that didn't make sense was the ingredient list for the potato crisps included chicken stock, but the instructions never mentioned using it. It didn't make sense to me to have stock in there, so I left it out and they turned out just fine.
