Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    It tastes like a quick-bread, but the method gives the impression that it is more like a traditional loaf (if this is truly the case, this recipe went very very wrong for us!). Despite cooking for longer than the specified time, this remained a very ‘damp’ bread & while the flavour was ok, the texture was off-putting.
