Curried chicken, grape and cheddar salad from Food52 Mighty Salads: 60 New Ways to Turn Salad into Dinner--and Make-Ahead Lunches, Too (page 135) by Food52 Editors

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was great - very easy to adapt to an oven baked recipe.

We really liked this too. I used premade croutons and also left over roast chicken. And tossed in some green onions. Didn’t bother to halve the grapes.

I really liked this. I ended up marinating my chicken for 24 hours and the end product was wonderfully tender. I also omitted the bread but I don't think I missed much.

omitted the bread and since I was making this for 1 person (me) I mixed tsp curry powder with tablespoon labne, and tsp olive oil and added 8 oz leftover roasted chicken, handful of grapes halved and some appenzell white cheese that was leftover. Made an excellent salad. Will be sure to make again

A delicious, quick and easy meal for a warm spring evening. I only wish I had doubled it so there were leftovers for lunch :(
