Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Just not worth the time for the tortillas compared to buying them cheaply at Trader Joe's. But probably very much worth it for tamales. Use a food processor with a steel blade, pulse first, and then grind for 5-8 minutes at speed, scraping occasionally. Put the rinsed corn in a salad spinner first to get rid of excess water so that it grinds evenly.
