Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Delicious. I only added 270ml coconut milk as I don't like "runny" curries, and only had button mushrooms on hand .. but it was a very tasty curry with a perfect amount of sauce. I doubt it would serve 6 as a stand alone .. serves 4 easily as the primary dish (with rice & chapatis!).

    Really easy, very tasty curry - you wouldn't know it was meat-free. Subbed halloumi for panneer; and added a couple of sprigs of curry leaves. Great vegetarian dish.
