    This is a very quick tasty salsa if you already have pickled jalapeños on hand. The vinegar hit goes well with something rich like a cheesy quesadilla or something grilled.

    Very good and super quick. It calls for combining everything in the food processor but I like to blend the pickled vegetables, and then stir through the diced tomatoes so it has some texture.
