    Very tasty. I cooked it until the bottom got nice & brown but at room temperature it seemed so soft. It’s hot & humid where I am currently so I preferred it straight out of the refrigerator- with the nuts crunchy & the inside firmer. I got 12 cookies. I’ve never had them before so I’m not sure what the usual texture is. I would definitely make these again-& hopefully will get more even cookies.
