    Enjoyed the pineapple and avocado salsa with the steak…great Saturday night supper

    These were excellent! The spice rub on the flank steak was spicy and delicious, and the pineapple-avocado salsa gave the dish just the right balance of cool-down, with the spicy sour cream a nice contrast. We'll definitely make this one again.
