    I enjoyed the yogurt/ricotta/oats mixture, but in the end I wasn't crazy about the raw macerated rhubarb, which lacked some of rhubarb's distinctive flavor and was a little too crunchy for me. If I tried this again, I would cook the rhubarb and/or use berries or another fruit instead.
