    Oh! This is amazing … had sliced and buttered straight from the oven with dinner last evening. I toasted and buttered it for breakfast this morning. Just a bit of chew from the bulgur, tasty … delicious! This is going into the rotation.

    A bit more dense/heavier than other bread loaves I've made from this book, but the bulgur gave it a nice nutty flavor. I would make this again.
