Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Excellent, really lemony cake with great texture and flavor. I've made it several times, and it's always a hit. I've learned to scale back the quantity of lemon oil, otherwise it becomes a bit overwhelming. I leave it out of the icing, and use about 3/4 teaspoon in the cake, which I've found to be just right. For the zest, I use two large lemons.
