Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Based on what I had on hand, adapted recipe with smaller amounts of greens (chard in place of spinach), red curry paste (2/3 but could have used more), sweet potato, and liquid (used only the can of coconut milk, no water). Also had only lemon instead of lime. Used already cooked sweet potato, so didn’t simmer as long... Kids and I liked a lot, though we would prefer as part of larger meal than as whole meal.
