Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    It's a non-spicy chili, and I really loved it. Sweet potatoes and beef are a great combo. My husband who likes traditional chili was less enthusiastic about it, though he ate 2 bowls. The recipe won't be a member of our go-to line up, but still nutritious and good.
